This Privacy Policy describes how Dr. Amjed Al-Rickaby ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the SaaDooN mobile application ("the App"). SaaDooN is an English language learning application designed for Iraqi students.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

SaaDooN is designed to collect the minimum information necessary to operate. Specifically:

• Activation Code: When you activate the App, you enter an activation code that is verified against our secure database. This code is associated with your device for license validation purposes.
• Device Identifier: To prevent unauthorized sharing of activation codes, the App generates a device-specific identifier and links it to your activation code. This identifier does not reveal your identity and cannot be used to contact you.

The App does not collect: your name, email address, phone number, precise or approximate location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera input, browsing history, or any other personally identifiable information.

2. How We Use Information

The information we collect is used solely to:

• Verify your activation code and grant access to the in-app content.
• Bind the activation code to your device to prevent unauthorized redistribution.
• Maintain the integrity of our license-based access system.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, marketing, or any purpose unrelated to the operation of the App.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses Google Firebase (provided by Google LLC) to store and verify activation codes. Firebase processes data in accordance with Google's privacy practices, which can be reviewed at https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

The App does not use advertising networks, behavioral tracking tools, or social media integrations.

4. Data Storage and Security

Activation codes and device identifiers are stored on Firebase servers operated by Google. We protect this information using industry-standard security practices, including Firebase Security Rules that restrict read and write access to authorized operations only.

5. Internet Permissions

The App requires internet access solely to verify activation codes against the Firebase database during the activation process and at periodic intervals. All in-app content, including audio and exercises, is stored locally on your device and does not require an internet connection during normal use.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is designed for high school and university students. The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the App, please contact us using the details below and we will take appropriate action.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share any information collected through the App with third parties, except:

• With Google Firebase, as described above, strictly for activation code verification.
• When required by applicable law, court order, or legal process.

8. Your Rights

You may request information about the data associated with your activation code, or request deletion of your activation record, by contacting us at the email address below. We will respond to such requests within a reasonable time frame.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. Updated versions will be posted at this same URL with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
